How Cypress Community Multi-Purpose Cooperative handles the information you give this store. Last updated Oct 28, 2026.
What we collect
- Your name — to identify your order when you collect it.
- Your coop ID number — if you are a member. It is matched against the cooperative's member list so your name is recorded correctly, and for "Charge" orders so the amount can be applied to your member account.
- Your typed electronic signature — your acknowledgement of the order, and for "Charge" orders your authority to deduct the amount from your salary.
- Your order details — the items, quantities, amounts and any payment reference you enter.
Why we collect it
Only to process, hand over and keep a record of your order, and for "Charge" orders to arrange the payroll deduction you authorised. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it. We do not ask for your phone number or email address.
Who can see it
Authorised cooperative staff with a dashboard account. For "Charge" orders, the signed Authority to Deduct is shared with ASE Philippines (ASEPH) so the deduction can be made.
How long we keep it
Order records and signed authorities are kept for the period the cooperative needs them for accounting and audit. Ask us if you want to know whether a specific record is still held.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected if it is wrong, or object to how it is used. To do any of these, contact us using the details below.
